Technical Account Manager
Guidewire Software
• Build and maintain relationships with cloud customers • Engage during customer cloud implementations and post-production phases • Serve as a liaison between customer and internal teams • Provide technical feature education and enablement • Manage incidents and escalations • Analyze production operational tasks and provide insights
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager in SaaS or cloud-based software
- 2+ years of applied project experience with Guidewire applications
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A.) or equivalent from a higher education institution
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with customer support systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Google Enterprise, Confluence, and Slack
- AWS Practitioner Certification is desired
- Applied DevOps experience is nice to have
