Job Description

Technical Account Manager

Guidewire Software

• Build and maintain relationships with cloud customers • Engage during customer cloud implementations and post-production phases • Serve as a liaison between customer and internal teams • Provide technical feature education and enablement • Manage incidents and escalations • Analyze production operational tasks and provide insights

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager in SaaS or cloud-based software
  • 2+ years of applied project experience with Guidewire applications
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A.) or equivalent from a higher education institution
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience with customer support systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Google Enterprise, Confluence, and Slack
  • AWS Practitioner Certification is desired
  • Applied DevOps experience is nice to have
