Onboarding Consultant I – Mandarin Speaking
Toast
• Leverage your Toast product knowledge and project management skills to partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase and post 30 days of going live • Create best practices for managing daily restaurant operations by enabling restaurant owners and staff to utilize Toast • Responsible for consulting with clients to determine configuration needs prior to go-live and communicate any unique needs to the project resources • Perform onboarding configurations remotely while documenting the go-live process • Leverage the Toast product configured to their business and workflow with a focus on operational efficiencies • Manage several onboarding engagements simultaneously, including large books of onboarding business at one time (100-130 customers) • Drive seamless internal communication across Sales, Customer Success, and Product departments to resolve project blockers and accelerate activation timelines
Job Requirements
- Bilingual/Fluent in Mandarin & English required
- 3 + years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations
- Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills

ABOUT THE ROLE Leveraging previous school-based experience, the Spring Graduation Transcript Audit Consultant is responsible for completing a review of student documents as part of spring graduation transcript audits for DC Public Charter High Schools. Consultants report to the Manager, Sector Planning and Compliance, and must sign up for audit windows based on their availability and their previous knowledge of each high school. Responsibilities - Complete review of student documents for 10 – 20 students per audit. - Populate audit spreadsheet with findings. - Attend optional office hours on the first day of the audit window. - Communicate with Manager, Sector Planning and Compliance regarding any documentation discrepancies. - Attend required spring graduation transcript audit training in March 2026. Competencies and Qualifications: - Proficiency in Excel. - Previous school–based experience (teaching or school leadership) required; previous high school experience strongly preferred - Experience with previous audits preferred. - Previous knowledge of high school level courses and credits preferred. - Strong attention to detail required. - Clear understanding and commitment to DC PCSB’s mission and vision; - Bachelor’s degree required. Working Conditions This role is fully remote, and DC PCSB will provide consultants with a laptop. The position involves sitting for extended periods of time and internet connectivity. Compensation The compensation for this position is a flat rate of $450 per audit, plus a paid training opportunity.
