Collaboration and Support - Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for GIS users, analysts, and reporting teams. - Collaborate with developers, analysts, project managers, and infrastructure engineers to support enterprise solutions. - Develop and maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks. - Participate in configuration management, change control, and operational governance processes. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. Job Summary Paradigm Max Q is seeking a highly experienced F-35 Air Vehicle Sustainment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the F-35 Air Vehicle Product Support Manager (PSM) and Degrader Action Cell (DAC) leadership. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving sustainment degraders affecting F-35 air vehicle performance, availability, and readiness. The SME will apply advanced expertise in Reliability & Maintainability (R&M), supply chain logistics, sustainment analytics, and corrective action planning to develop executable, data-driven solutions in collaboration with government stakeholders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). A critical responsibility of this role is leading the development, enhancement, and sustainment of the Degrader Action & Resolution Tool (DART) a software platform used to track, manage, and resolve sustainment issues through integrated workflows, analytics, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Sustainment Analysis & Degrader Resolution - Identify, evaluate, and forecast current and emerging sustainment degraders across F-35 air vehicle systems and components. - Conduct in-depth R&M, logistics, and supply chain analyses to determine root causes using analytical techniques such as driver trees, performance diagnostics, and trend analysis. - Develop, prioritize, and deliver Analysis and Resolution Action Plans (ARAPs) aligned with program objectives and operational priorities. Digital Tools & Agile Development - Lead Agile development sprints supporting the transformation of the Lightning SRR Evaluation Tool into the Degrader Action & Resolution Tool (DART). - Integrate ARAPs into DART, ensuring accurate workflows, artifacts, traceability, and sustainment throughout the contract period. - Support continuous improvement, enhancement, and post-deployment sustainment of DART and associated workflows. Reporting & Stakeholder Support - Produce high-quality deliverables including technical reports, monthly status reports, expenditure tracking, and trip reports. - Provide data-driven briefings and recommendations to government leadership, DAC leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
