• Drive end-to-end project execution based on defined requirements and plans. • Coordinate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and internal leadership to track progress, dependencies, and risks. • Maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery dashboards. • Ensure effective communication across internal technical teams. • Identify risks, blockers, and delivery issues early and drive resolutions. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) as needed. • Manage parallel delivery streams across API-driven, backend, and AI-internal tooling projects. • Collaborate with data/ML teams on projects involving automation or AI-enabled features.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management, specifically in software/technical delivery roles.
  • Strong experience coordinating across backend, API, platform, or data/ML engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects in a structured and predictable manner.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal leadership, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Experience with Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
  • Strong problem-solving, risk identification, and issue-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple delivery tracks simultaneously.
