Director of Sales
GT'S Living Foods
• Responsible for maximizing the potential sales volume, and planning and directing sales force activities to maximize profit from all segments of the market, creating and communicating programs to respective regional teams for execution. • Partners cross-functionally with the Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to establish and implement successful customer programs that profitably increase product availability and points of distribution. Achieves and delivers annual plans for the customer base that reflect the agreed upon brand/customer strategies and supply delivery of business goals. • Monitor and manage Sales performance by leveraging customer analytical systems. Translate business strategy into clear and locally executable plans and focus resources accordingly within their respective customers. Understands the dynamics of each respective customer and provides insight and direction to develop solutions that promote and build the brand. Builds Sales presentations and reports that will provide an action-oriented response to share both internally and with customers. Supports the execution and management of budgets, sales expense, T&E and reporting. • Delivers Results and strives to deliver on Annual Operating Plan • Reports to the Vice President of Sales

- Knowledge of customer plan-o-grams and schematics
