• Focus on assisting with the continuous development and innovation of Glydways Infrastructure requirements. • Help to develop and clearly articulate the Glydways Infrastructure requirements to effectively communicate to outside clients and the internal team. • Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, system planning and design, and project management on design challenges, infrastructure technical issues, preliminary planning, and design needs. • Effectively communicate infrastructure project needs ensuring alignment between Glydways’ vehicle design and development with respect to infrastructure. • Help coordinate, prioritize, and drive project needs in partnership with the engineering team to develop the best technical solution and maintain project timelines. • Meet with outside civil engineering consultants, contractors, and local entities as needed, per project basis, to ensure Glydways design requirements are upheld (typically virtual). • Provide project related support as needed, to include conceptual or preliminary design and oversight, as well as, review consultant design work and provide infrastructure guidance.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education in Structural or Civil Engineering. - Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE or SE). - 5+ years of professional experience in building structures design and analysis. - Experience specifically in data center, mission critical, or large scale logistics/industrial facilities. - Experience with BIM ACC (Revit), ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, Safe, etc. - Experience with precast concrete systems, steel design, seismic design, and foundation systems. - Demonstrated experience with low embodied carbon materials and sustainable structural design approaches. Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience with data center facilities and familiarity with data center specific design standards and structural resiliency requirements. - LEED, Envision, or active leader in SE 2050 implementation. - Expertise in low embodied carbon materials, sustainable structural systems, and emerging industry best practices - Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and geographically diverse teams. - Ability to interpret and apply national and local building codes.
