Global Benefits Manager

• Set the vision for the operational delivery of global health and wellness programs globally and collaborate closely with in-region HR team members. • Lead annual benefits lifecycle processes, including renewals, Open Enrollment, vendor implementations, and compliance reporting. • Develop and maintain scalable processes, documentation, and governance standards to ensure operational rigor. • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HRIS to ensure accurate plan administration and seamless employee experience. • Serve as primary point of contact for brokers and carriers. • Drive performance management of vendors, including service-level expectations, renewals, and cost-containment strategies. • Evaluate new benefit offerings and wellness initiatives aligned with workforce needs and business strategy. • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to ensure benefits programs are understood and consistently applied. • Collaborate with leadership to provide insights into utilization trends, cost drivers, and risk mitigation opportunities. • Support employee communications and education to enhance program engagement and clarity. • Identify process gaps and implement operational enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience. • Analyze data to inform program decisions and recommend improvements. • Support global expansion efforts by designing scalable benefits frameworks in new geographies.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, preferably within SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. health and wellness programs; global benefits exposure preferred.
  • Demonstrated operational rigor and process orientation.
  • Strong project management skills with a consistent ability to drive tasks forward and keep deliverables aligned with timelines.
  • Experience managing broker and carrier relationships.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Remotely located in either the greater Boston, MA, or Austin, TX location, a plus.
  • Experience supporting remote and global workforces is a plus.
  • LOA experience is a plus.
