Role Description CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa is seeking a high-impact Outbound Sales Manager to open new doors, build corporate group revenue strategies, and generate retreat and group revenue through proactive market segment expansion. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a true hunter — someone who thrives on creating opportunities where none exists, being the solution, generating new revenue in Corporate Group Retreats. This fully remote Independent Contractor role is designed for a self-led sales professional who wants ownership, autonomy, and direct impact on growth within the CIVANA Brand. Key Responsibilities - Open New Corporate Markets: Identify opportunities and proactively target organizations aligned with being a solution within their space. - Research & Prospecting: Conduct weekly research to build a prioritized target list and connection with decision-makers. - Sales Navigator, Market Intelligence, Forge & Tradeshow alignment: Leverage tradeshows assigned and social support for campaigns and competitive insights to uncover white-space opportunities and new business. - Opportunity Qualification: Initiate executive-level conversations to uncover retreat objectives, decision dynamics, solutions to their needs, business parameters, and timeline. What Success Looks Like - New market segments opened - High-value and repeat clients - Qualified retreat opportunities consistently entering pipeline - Revenue directly attributable to outbound efforts Weekly Reporting & Accountability As an Independent Contractor, you will provide a concise weekly summary including: - New prospects identified and added - Outreach activity and engagement progress - Meetings booked and completed - Opportunities qualified and advanced - Pipeline value created - Market insights and recommended strategic adjustments and marketing efforts to align further growth Qualifications - 3+ years of one or combination resort, outbound sales or business development experience - Proven ability to generate new pipeline and revenue - Strong research, outreach, and executive relationship-building skills - Experience with CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Highly autonomous, disciplined, and growth-oriented Role Details - Fully Remote - Independent Contractor - Flexible schedule with defined revenue goals - Competitive compensation + performance incentives - $9,000/month retainer Commission Structure - A 5% commission will be paid on actualized (collected) rooms revenue for the first $650,000 in contracted and actualized business within the first 12 months. - Once $650,000 in actualized rooms revenue has been achieved, commission will increase to 8% on all additional room's revenue above $650,000. - Payouts are paid to IC when group has actualized and if group cancels the pay out will be based upon time of cancellation and amount the resort collects on rooms revenue. - $75 per month cell reimbursement - No benefits, no PTO
