The impact you will have: - Lead enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live for Ridgeline’s cloud platform - Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with customer and internal stakeholders - Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign responsibilities to maintain alignment and accountability across project workstreams - Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations, provide status updates, and escalate risks appropriately - Manage project budgets and track financial performance to ensure transparency and alignment with forecasts - Monitor quality standards across all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery outcomes - Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively to keep implementations on track and within scope - Facilitate retrospectives and analyze project outcomes to drive continuous improvement across delivery practices - Contribute directly to critical project activities when needed to ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved - Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders to strengthen implementation success - Support the evolution of Ridgeline’s delivery frameworks and operational processes through feedback and lessons learned - Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and other emerging technologies to improve project documentation, communication, and execution efficiency What we look for: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 7+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role - Strong understanding of investment management workflows across front and back office including portfolio accounting, performance, trading, and compliance - Proven experience managing enterprise software projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams - Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills - Ability to operate independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customer teams including executive stakeholders - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly - Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in the investment management domain - An aptitude for problem solving - Ability to communicate effectively - Serious interest in having fun at work Bonus: - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SaaS development lifecycles - Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, or Mavenlink - Basic understanding of APIs, AWS, and serverless technologies - Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 - Experience working with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools About Ridgeline Ridgeline is the industry cloud platform for investment management. Compensation and Benefits The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $155,000 - $180,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
