If you’re an experienced industrial capital equipment salesperson with strong travel and independent work skills, we’d like to hear from you. This role is remote unless you live in the greater Los Angeles area. · Promoting and selling large industrial wastewater treatment systems (not components) to engineers, contractors or directly to clients in the food, beverage, petroleum, mining, metals, cosmetics, pharma or other industries. · Creating their own leads or developing them through tradeshow attendance, Zoominfo, social media, research, networking, cold or warm calling, web leads or call ins. · Establishing rapport with buyers through site visits, lunch and learns or web conferencing. · Providing follow up via phone, online meetings, site visits, client meetings, and lead generation. · Obtaining samples for laboratory analyses and development of bids. · Collecting technical site data such as measurements, pipe sizing, gathering of drawings. · Performing Client demonstrations/onsite pilot testing and installations if needed. · Generating proposals, negotiating contracts, receipt and review of purchase orders and scheduling production with Client and CWT operations. · Administering post-sale customer care, additional training, troubleshooting and continued relationships with Clients. · Maintaining strong backlog and efficient sales forecasting for management review. · Assisting in development of promotional tools and marketing as needed. · Provide continued customer and technical service throughout the sales and after-sales process. Required: · Working knowledge of Microsoft Products, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other products as needed. · Ability to travel whenever necessary (Approximately 40-60% travel). · Experience selling Capital Equipment in the Environmental Industry for a minimum of 8 years. · Fluent in written and spoken English. · Licensed to work in the United States without a sponsorship. · Occasional travel on Saturday or Sunday for tradeshows – 1-2 times per year. Rate: Negotiable, based on experience. Job Location: Western and Southeastern United States Travel: 1 to 4 weeks a month. What You’ll Do: Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for technicians, managing deliverables from/for other departments, and overseeing the completion of projects to client expectation or better. The PM is responsible for completing systems integration projects on time, on budget and achieving high customer satisfaction from our customers. The majority of this employee's time will be spent managing projects and communicating with all project stakeholders. This person will be held accountable for following and helping to improve the established processes. As a primary interface to the client, the Project Manager develops a strong long-term relationship - managing the client relationship, including expectations, communications and satisfaction.
