Role Description This role is designed for an organized and proactive professional who will lead the end-to-end implementation of complex technology solutions for clients. You will manage multiple projects across security and related systems, ensuring on-time delivery, high-quality execution, and excellent customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, you will coordinate resources, track project milestones, and proactively resolve challenges. The role offers exposure to commercial real estate and property management workflows, providing a broad understanding of industry-specific technology implementations. - Lead full lifecycle implementation projects, from planning to execution and delivery, across security and related product lines. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating project requirements with internal teams and external vendors. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, status reports, and stakeholder communications to ensure objectives are met. - Conduct meetings, document decisions, track risks, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain smooth project progress. - Provide guidance and support to clients and internal teams regarding product features and best practices. - Identify gaps in processes or systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Escalate issues proactively and maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar project management certification strongly preferred. - 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology implementations. - Experience with physical access control systems and commercial real estate/property management highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of project management principles, stakeholder engagement, and meeting facilitation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project tracking tools; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. - High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skills. - Self-starter capable of working independently in remote or fast-paced environments. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-growth technology organization.
