Job Description Core Responsibilities - The PM will ideally bring expertise in vendor management, contract execution, and schedule management related to third-party engagements. - Experience managing vendor timelines, contract milestones, and cross-organizational dependencies is highly preferred, though not required. - Quickly establish trust with project sponsors and key stakeholders. - Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects aligned with client objectives and organizational strategy. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project communications. - Manage cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, DaVita teammates, and contractors. - Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - Provide polished executive communication, collaborating with Senior IT Leaders and Business Executives. - Operate effectively in an empowered, high-accountability environment, using professional judgment to drive business value. - Manage delivery of 2–4 large-scale, complex IT/AI projects simultaneously. - Represent projects in governance forums and cross-departmental meetings. - Collaborate with Project Leadership Teams to create and maintain project charters, schedules, communication plans, and change requests (PCRs). - Serve as the single accountable party for project financial management, including forecasting, accrual tracking, variance management, contingency oversight, and labor approvals. - Partner with lane leads to develop and maintain staffing plans. - Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately to Sponsors, PMO Leadership, and Senior IT Leadership. - (Preferred for second PM role) Manage vendor schedules, contract milestones, and third-party delivery timelines to ensure contractual and operational alignment. Education & Qualifications - Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships grounded in trust and respect. - Strong business and technical acumen. - Experience managing stakeholder expectations in complex IT environments. - Adaptable leadership style suited for dynamic environments with evolving business needs. - Exceptional communication skills across executive, technical, and business audiences. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. - Ability to navigate complex organizational structures. - Experience managing IT and AI implementation projects. - Demonstrated track record of successful technology project delivery. - Excellent client communication and relationship management skills. - PMP or Agile certification required. - Experience with Agile/Iterative tools (Jira, Confluence). - Experience with PPM tools (Apptio TargetProcess). - Financial management experience (Apptio One, Excel). Nice to Have - Knowledge of Ambient Listening, Machine Learning, and emerging AI technologies. - UX/User Experience project experience. - Experience working within a Product-Centric organization. - Experience managing AI vendors from RFP through implementation. Qualifications Education and Qualifications: - Proven ability to build strong, long-term professional relationships, based upon trust and respect. - Sound business and technical acumen - Experienced with stakeholder expectation management - Adaptable leader who is thrives in a dynamic work environment, in which project solutions deliver real benefit to patients, and in which business needs evolve over the lifecycle of individual projects - Excellent ability to communicate at all levels in a clear, confident, concise manner. - Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to learn and navigate complex organizational structures - 4+ years of experience managing IT and AI implementation projects - Strong track record of successful project delivery in technology implementations - Excellent client communication and relationship management skills - PMP certification or Agile certification - Experience using Agile/Iterative project management platforms (Jira, Confluence) - Experience using a PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tool. Role Description Arcadis is seeking a Project Estimator, who will apply advanced cost estimating expertise to support major transportation infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate project cost estimates throughout all phases of project development—from conceptual planning through final design and construction documentation. The estimator will collaborate closely with project management, engineering teams, and external consultants to ensure reliable cost projections, budget control, and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Role Description Arcadis is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to manage, oversee, and ensure the timely completion of transportation projects for the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).
