Building upon the foundation established in talent acquisition and onboarding, the Manager, Employee Experience will lead and execute initiatives focused on employee engagement, development, and well-being to create a positive, inclusive, high-performing work environment. As a member of the Operations Team, the Manager, Employee Experience plays a pivotal role in managing recruitment and talent needs, with heightened responsibility and reports directly to the Senior Director, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent, or People Management required - Exceptional attention to detail with an interest in developing sustainable systems and processes - Demonstrated ability to respond proactively to dynamic environments and to navigate challenging situations and relationships with diplomacy and efficiency - Proven experience in developing and sustaining employee engagement and community-building initiatives within a remote or hybrid work environment - Experience in creating training materials, onboarding resources, or internal communications that are clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational values - Ability to interpret employee feedback and HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for the employee experience - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence culture across diverse, cross-functional teams - Experience in applying a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive lens to talent acquisition Requirements - Develop and execute advanced recruitment strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent. - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, overseeing everything from job description development through seamless 90-day onboarding. - Strategically source candidate pipelines through multiple channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific platforms. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine and optimize job descriptions and recruitment strategies. - Refine the new-hire onboarding process and proactively develop comprehensive onboarding resources to ensure the experience reflects industry best practices and the organization’s values. - Cultivate a warm and inclusive environment for new hires, fostering a sense of belonging from day one. - Expand the wellness programs to promote employee well-being and work-life balance. - Oversee the scheduling, tracking, and evaluation of professional development opportunities. - Lead the development, implementation, and management of the internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. - Design and lead initiatives to foster team connections and relationship-building across a remote environment to maintain a strong, cohesive organizational culture. - Support in employee feedback and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Co-develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover. - Lead the ongoing management of JazzHR, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Identify opportunities to improve the ATS and implement enhancements as needed. - Explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of the talent system and reduce operational costs. - Oversee document storage and codify systems to centralize and organize candidate and new employee information securely.
