Field Events Associate

Dandy Dental Lab

• Support the planning of field events across North America • Coordinate vendor relationships, booth materials, shipments, and event staffing needs • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams • Track event performance, assist with ROI reporting • Ensure each field event reinforces Dandy’s brand promise • Assist with budget tracking, vendor negotiations • Contribute to building scalable event processes

Job Requirements

The Event Coordinator plans and executes events that engage the JerseySTEM college instructors community, collaborating with partners and managing logistics, marketing, and budgets to deliver impactful experiences. - Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events within the JerseySTEM community setting. - Collaborates with community members, local businesses & organizations, and other stakeholders to create engaging and memorable experiences. - Manages event logistics, budget, and marketing, ensuring events are successful and meet the needs of the JerseySTEM college instructors community. Qualifications - Strong organizational and planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of event planning software and tools. - Budget management and financial acumen. - Experience in marketing and promotion. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Requirements - 6 Hours weekly - 6 months minimum Benefits - All JerseySTEM roles are pro-bono (unpaid) positions. - Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week. - Includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. - K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.
