What You Will Do: You will work closely with Corporate Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Plant Quality teams to drive continuous improvement and enterprise quality system effectiveness by: Responsibilities: - Serving as enterprise administrator for the Quality Management System (QMS) - Managing document control - Tracking and analyzing all data, quality trends, and recommending improvements - Maintaining corporate standards for change management and validation - Developing quality dashboards and performance KPIs - Supporting internal, customer, and third-party audits - Leading cross-site quality process improvements - Training plant teams on QMS processes and system usage What You Will Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field - 5+ years’ experience in quality systems or manufacturing quality - Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) - Strong knowledge of CAPA, document control, and change management. - Experience in plastics, packaging, or regulated manufacturing - Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems - Experience with enterprise software systems - Root cause analysis experience - Food safety experience

This role serves as the central point of communication between clients, EMR vendors, and the internal interface team to ensure that new EMR interfaces—or updates to existing ones—are implemented, tested, and deployed on time. The position emphasizes operational coordination, clear communication, and workflow support to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the exchange of laboratory data.
