Role Description Root Financial is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed for professionals with industry experience who are new to Root and eager to expand their knowledge of our systems and processes. While this is an early career role at Root, prior experience in the financial services industry is highly valued. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will support the entire firm’s client base, assisting with account applications, service-related requests, and operational tasks that ensure efficient and exceptional client service. While you won’t initially be directly client-facing, you will gain hands-on experience working closely with senior team members, preparing you to transition into a Client Service Associate (CSA) role. Once trained, you’ll be ready to take on more complex responsibilities and direct client interactions within your advisory team.
