Role Description Tuvoli is building the fintech and marketplace infrastructure powering the future of business aviation. Our platform digitizes contracts, payments, pricing, and demand distribution in a $25B+ global charter market that still relies heavily on manual processes, PDFs, and wire transfers. As the company grows and the platform becomes increasingly central to how our customers operate, the technology function now requires a dedicated executive leader focused entirely on scaling the platform, the team, and the architecture for the next stage of growth. The CTO will play a central role in shaping the technology that powers Tuvoli’s marketplace, payments infrastructure, and intelligent pricing capabilities. This is a leadership role for a builder who wants to architect and scale systems that support real transactions, real customers, and real financial flows. What You’ll Do - Technology Strategy and Architecture - Define and lead Tuvoli’s long-term technology strategy in alignment with company vision and growth plans. - Architect scalable, secure systems capable of supporting Tuvoli’s role as the system of record for charter operators. - Ensure the platform can reliably support digital contracts, compliant payments, marketplace demand routing, and intelligent pricing engines. - Platform Development and Execution - Own the architecture and scalability of Tuvoli’s core platform and infrastructure. - Oversee development of key capabilities including: - Digital contracts and payments infrastructure - Marketplace demand distribution - Tuvoli IQ – intelligent quoting and pricing rules engine - AI-assisted workflows and automation - Ensure reliability, performance, and resilience across the platform. - Engineering Leadership - Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering organization. - Establish strong development practices, architecture standards, documentation, and testing frameworks. - Build a culture of ownership, quality, and speed of execution. - Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure - Ensure the platform meets high standards for security, reliability, and regulatory compliance. - Implement robust controls around payments, data integrity, and system resilience. - Maintain enterprise-grade operational reliability for a fintech platform moving significant transaction volume. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with the Founder/CEO and leadership team to translate strategic goals into technical execution. - Work closely with product, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure technology supports business growth and customer success. - Act as a technical representative with partners, customers, and stakeholders when appropriate. Qualifications - Senior engineering leadership experience (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent). - Proven experience building and scaling fintech, payments, marketplace, or other compliance-sensitive SaaS platforms. - Track record of architecting systems that manage real financial transactions and require high reliability and trust. Requirements - Deep experience designing scalable distributed systems and modern cloud architectures. - Strong background in API-driven platforms and integration with third-party services. - Strong understanding of platform security, resilience, and performance optimization. • Provide technical expertise throughout the entire customer lifecycle on Citrix Platform • Develop business value propositions for Citrix products and solutions • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or at customer locations • Coordinate and align cross-functional resources to ensure customer needs are met • Build multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations • Assist with overcoming technical and competitive objections

• Drive the operating rhythm of the technology organization. • Own the cadence of quarterly and annual planning cycles including OKRs, budget development, headcount and workforce planning, and resource allocation. • Track progress against goals, surface risks early, and ensure commitments don’t quietly drift. • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CTO. • Help synthesize complex information into clear recommendations. • Draft key communications, shape narratives around technical strategy, and ensure the CTO’s time is spent on the highest-leverage activities possible. • Act as a bridge between engineering and the rest of the business. • Coordinate with product, finance, HR, and other functions to ensure the technology organization’s plans are integrated with company-wide priorities. • Partner with finance to manage the technology budget end-to-end.

THIS IS AN UNPAID VOLUNTEERING ROLE. Role Title: (Deputy) Chief Technology Officer (CTO)  Role Nature: Volunteer Location: Home-based The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is an international volunteers-led think tank supporting and advocating the application of blockchain and other data technologies in the global fight against climate change.   What will you be doing?  We are looking for a passionate VOLUNTEER who takes a methodological approach to their work, conducts independent research and analysis, engages with key stakeholders and establishes strategic partnerships to progress the BCI’s core mission.    This role is for a (Deputy) Chief Technology Officer and is a very senior position reporting to the Director-General. The successful candidate will provide strategic and technical leadership for Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) / Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data Analysis (BD) across all BCI projects. You will be responsible for the use of DLT/Blockchain, IoT, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Modelling and associated tooling for internal productivity, standards development, and climate action. You will perform research, onboard and train other team members, execute proof of concepts and pilots, and build applications using available data sets and AI models in combination with DTL/Blockchain. You will also research Quantum Computing (QC) use cases for climate action. Candidates' proficiency in programming a blockchain is essential. Proficiency in programming AI algorithms, etc., is desirable.   As with all roles in BCI, this role is a voluntary, unpaid role. You will also gain valuable experience and skills in emerging technologies, project management, and leadership.  Responsibilities: - Define and execute the BCI technology strategy and roadmap for BCI’s projects and initiatives;  - Build, lead and manage the Emerging Technology Division and Standards Development Bureau, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation;  - Research and identify the best data sets and AI models for our use cases and objectives;  - Design, develop, test, and deploy applications and solutions using DLT/Blockchain, IoT, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Modelling, Quantum and associated tooling;  - Ensure the quality, reliability, security, and scalability of our technology products and services;  - Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of our technology solutions and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement;  - Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project partners, sponsors, donors, and beneficiaries;  - Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of emerging technologies, climate, and sustainability;  - Generate opportunities for strategic partnerships; and  - Attend conferences and events to promote the BCI, communicate research findings and insights, and engage with key stakeholders.
