• Provide strategic civil engineering leadership and technical governance for data centre projects, ensuring compliance with AECOM standards and regulatory requirements. • Lead, review and approve civil engineering infrastructure designs and specifications, developing buildable solutions for site development, earthworks, drainage, pavements, access, utility infrastructure and civil engineering works associated with data centres. • Coordinate with other civil engineers and technical specialists supporting the delivery of our data centre project portfolio including ground engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, project managers, architects and environmental consultants across the UK and our global business. • Support client engagement, business development, strategic asset planning, and sector thought leadership, while mentoring and developing civil engineers to enhance technical capability and delivery excellence within the Data Centres sector.

• Translate design intent into field-ready processes by coordinating across manufacturing, field, and project delivery teams. • Develop, document, and continuously improve work instructions and standard operating procedures for modular construction workflows. • Support engineering strategies for prefabricated systems (walls, MEP assemblies, etc.) and drive manufacturability throughout the design-build cycle. • Use Procore, PowerBI, and cost/quantity tracking to monitor production health, install rates, and productivity metrics. • Partner with install teams and superintendents to surface real-world constraints and implement upstream improvements. • Identify waste, propose countermeasures, and contribute to Creature’s evolving modular playbook.

• Work with some of the world’s largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients • Independently handle engineering and project management tasks on small to medium-sized projects, from conception to completion • Processing design calculations • Developing project scopes and schedules • Producing structural construction drawings and specifications • Coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients

• Manage and deliver marine infrastructure projects for clients • Liaise with Clients on existing projects and pursuing new project opportunities • Provide leadership and direction to Junior Engineers and/or Technicians • Work collaboratively to assist other project team members • Analyze and design of marine structures • Preparation of technical specifications and tender documents • Development of conceptual options and preliminary designs • Coordinate drawing development with other technical staff • Review project documentation for clarity, accuracy, and compliance • Manage project scope, schedule, finances, and conduct site inspections
