BioData Catalyst Project Manager
General Dynamics Information Technology
• Project planning and tracking • Contract reporting • Staff oversight and supervision • Engage with other system owners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration • Collaborate with other team members to enable the teams to advance all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing) • Collaborating with the team on Agile activities, including estimation, iterative planning and retrospectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leading software development teams
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a NIH's Public Trust
- Experience working in NIH environment; active NIH badge is a plus
- Experience managing federal contracts strongly preferred
- Experience working in the biomedical research domain
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
