Role Description Infotech® is seeking a Contracts Manager to administer, draft, review, negotiate, and manage company-wide contracts. In this role, you will provide critical support to internal stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert in contract lifecycle management. Beyond traditional legal review, this role requires a power user capable of advanced Ironclad administration, with a primary focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining automated contract workflows. You will be an integral part of maintaining Infotech’s compliance standards while driving operational efficiency through sophisticated digital process design. In this role, you will: - Workflow Architecture & Optimization: Serve as the primary architect for contract automation; design, build, and iterate on complex workflows within Ironclad to streamline approvals and ensure seamless cross-departmental handoffs. - Ironclad Administration: Act as the "Ironclad Champion" and system administrator, managing user permissions, template libraries, and integrations while ensuring the platform scales with the company’s needs. - Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including service agreements and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. - Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle—from initiation and automated routing to execution and close-out—while maintaining meticulous digital records. - Records Management: Maintain an organized system of digital records, serving as the lead manager of Infotech’s cloud-based contract management ecosystem. - Risk Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for contracts, recommending strategies to minimize potential liabilities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in related field and 4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Proven experience as an Ironclad Administrator, specifically in building and maintaining complex, automated workflows. - Direct experience managing the end-to-end implementation or optimization of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. - 4+ years progressive experience with software, SaaS, and contract management. - A "systems-thinking" mindset: the ability to translate complex business requirements into automated digital processes. - Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts and familiarity with accounting/purchasing procedures. - Excellent writing skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in both legal text and workflow logic. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. - Hands-on experience administering contracts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Job Requirements
