Role Description We’re seeking an experienced Division Order Analyst to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Division Order analysis, ownership maintenance, and revenue distribution. - Analyze and interpret title opinions, deeds, leases, and contracts to determine ownership. - Maintain and update Division of Interest (DOI) decks with accuracy and timeliness. - Collaborate with Land, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure proper revenue distribution and interest setup. - Research and resolve title discrepancies, suspense issues, and ownership changes. - Provide clear communication with interest owners and internal departments. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Division Order Analyst in the oil and gas industry. - Strong understanding of title interpretation, DOI setup, and mineral ownership. - Proficiency with land management or revenue systems (e.g., Enertia, P2, Quorum). - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Process and cleanse exposure schedules in Excel according to pre-defined templates. • Load and maintain energy asset data in catastrophe modelling platforms (e.g., Sequel Impact, OpenXposure, ExposureHub). • Conduct research to resolve data gaps, especially for offshore assets where geocoding is limited. • Interpret London Market documents, including slips, binders, and endorsements. • Apply understanding of limits, excesses, and deductibles in risk modelling. • Collaborate with the client manager to ensure accurate and timely delivery of modelling outputs. • Support quality assurance and validation of catastrophe models and exposure data.

• Participate in Epic implementation activities, including workflow analysis, system design, application build, configuration, testing, and go-live support. • Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to translate workflows into effective Epic system design. • Support upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives across Epic Beacon and Ambulatory modules. • Identify, evaluate, analyze, and recommend system improvements for assigned Epic applications. • Provide ongoing production support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Beacon and Ambulatory applications. • Lead and/or coordinate application testing, including unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing. • Contribute to the development of training materials and assist with end-user training. • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and workflow diagrams.
