Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations and Sales team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. - Manually enter customer purchase orders into an ERP system. - Help set-up new accounts with the accounting/ops team. - Daily reporting of all new orders to upper management. - Update live google trackers with shipping information as provided by the warehouse leads. - Review all customer orders for accuracy and contact buyers and/or a sales representative if there are discrepancies. - Attend weekly sales/operations calls. - Maintain a rolling database of all upcoming sales promotions. - Assist the supply chain/marketing team with promotional events or sampling programs. - Provide the Sales Team with reports as needed. - Verify all SPS orders for accuracy and troubleshoot with the accounting team on any discrepancies. - Maintain a clear and easy to understand database of all customer shipping and routing guides. - Work with the Operations Team on new launch projects. - Liaison between Ops, Sales and Buyers in regards to new and old orders. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred. - Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and Google Docs. - Able to work independently and can multitask. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Able to maintain a professional attitude.
