Affiliate Manager
Recruit WA
• Be primary partner-facing point of contact to manage and enhance relationships with assigned affiliate partners (new and mature), fostering a transparent and trust-based environment • Adjust partner strategy based on department and company objectives • Identify potential new affiliate opportunities • Oversee campaign performance (profitability, quality, volume, media tactics) • Analyze data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to improve results • Optimize traffic sources, creative, targeting, and routing • Become an expert in technical and analytical systems to understand contributors to campaign performance • Ensure partners follow TCPA, advertising, and brand quality guidelines • Monitor traffic quality using internal and 3rd party tools and address issues quickly • Collaborate within and across departments to support partner success and troubleshoot issues (including finance, call center, IT, analytics, strategy, marketing) • Refine communication and reporting strategies for existing affiliates • Create reports and dashboards • Help develop processes to improve department’s operational efficiency and enhance effectiveness of working with partners
Job Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in managing partner/affiliate accounts or performance marketing
- Experience with pay-per-call, pay-per-lead, or lead generation required
- Proficiency in evaluating affiliate traffic across various marketing channels (Paid Search, Social, TV/Radio, Display, Etc.)
- Knowledge of lead gen regulations (TCPA, advertising guidelines, Etc.)
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive under pressure in a fast-changing environment
- Detail oriented and also able to think strategically with strong organizational and goal-oriented mindset
- Independent self-starter who takes proactive approach to tasks
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Role Description We are seeking a motivated Creator Acquisition Associate to source, pitch, and onboard creators and artists into Suno’s paid Hooks programs and related creator initiatives. This contract role sits within the Growth & Partnerships team and is responsible for building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new creators week over week. You will own outreach end-to-end — from researching and identifying high-potential creators to conducting personalized outreach, supporting pitch calls, and coordinating onboarding. This is a hands-on, volume-driven role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport quickly with creators across platforms. What You’ll Do - Source and research creators for Suno’s paid Hooks programs and related creator initiatives, identifying high-potential talent across social platforms. - Conduct outreach to prospective creators using approved messaging and talking points, including Instagram DM outreach, email outreach, and warm introductions through existing creator relationships. - Support early-stage creator conversations and qualification, including participating in pitch calls to explain the program and assess fit. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activity, responses, and creator pipeline status. - Assist with onboarding coordination and ongoing program support as needed, ensuring creators have a smooth experience from first contact to activation. - Onboard 20+ new creators and artists per week into our Partner or Champion programs.
