• Generate Profitable Revenue from New and/or existing Accounts. • Achieve sales quotas. • Ensure face time with customers for selling and conducting sales presentations. • Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities. • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel and decision makers within assigned regions and customers. • Make regular daily contact with prospects, leads and opportunities, while logging all activity into Salesforce. • Actively participate in business development - from prospective customers research to determine business potential, to the development of clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers. • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and escalate issues as needed. • Ensure inbound customer communication is channeled into our business appropriately and is then handled in a timely manner. • Coordinate with multiple departments and teams to ensure sales objectives and performance goals are met. • Build sound knowledge and ability to provide technical demonstrations and / or training to prospective customers and new clients as needed. • Assist in marketing activities such as trade shows and regional campaigns and sourcing testimonials. • Maintain a strong understanding of our clients and the industry to see how needs and trends are changing and provide feedback to department leadership. • Travel to source new customers, visit existing customers and perform market research. • Build relationships with industry vendors to learn, gain referrals, and establish your personal and company brand within the industry.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience required
- Degree in Business, Marketing or IT preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in technology or software sales will be highly regarded.
- Strong prospecting skills, networking, ability to reach decision makers, lead qualification and closing skills a must
- Experience in solution type sales.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) software and account management systems.
- Ability to work independently, utilize CRM, and show quantitative progress.
- Proficient in MS office with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Client focused attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Some technical understanding of computing, point of sale and hospitality systems.
- General knowledge of system design and software development practices.
- Ability to take a range of tasks and prioritize based on time, customer need and business need.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as a team member across varied internal groups and international offices.
- Ability to travel as needed and a minimum of 1 week per month.

• Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service lines to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition • Assist with leading cross-functional commercial teams to orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy that contributes to increased market share, revenue, and profitability. • Leverage diagnostic imaging product knowledge in mammography to drive funnel growth for the region. • Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop sales proposals that map with their annual budget process. • Collaborate with the account community team to support co-developed negotiation strategies. • Reduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.
