Customer Delivery Solution Consultant
TeamForm
• As an Solution Consultant, you will partner with enterprise customers to configure and implement TeamForm, guide adoption of TeamForm use cases, and ensure customers realize measurable value. • You will work cross-functionally with TeamForm subject-matter experts (consultants, engineers, and data analysts) to deliver outcomes, capture feedback, and continuously improve how we deliver. • Support customers to configure & implement TeamForm to realize value. • Support customers to learn and use TeamForm (enablement, training, and adoption support). • Grow customer usage of TeamForm. • Provide customer feedback into Product. • Engage and work with TeamForm SMEs to deliver for TeamForm customers, including other consultants, engineers, and data analysts. • Support Sales when required (e.g., SME guidance, configuring demos, solution shaping). • Facilitate testing and implementation of new features into customer environments. • Codify standard practices consistent with our strategy (“the TeamForm way”). • Engage senior stakeholders to explore and solve problems beyond the TeamForm's core offering. • Help design and prioritize product features and contribute to release notes • Propose code improvements to TeamForm (in consultation with TeamForm Product leads and engineers) • Lead generation, negotiating deals • Opportunistic: Authoring content for the TeamForm blog, community engagement
Job Requirements
- Understanding of modern enterprise, in particular cross functional teaming and workforce planning, governance and funding models.
- A proven track record working as a Project Lead / Manager / Senior Consultant within: a large enterprise (e.g., Enterprise or Ways of Working planning/enablement teams), or a management consulting environment with technology delivery / implementation experience (e.g., through consulting, project management, or general management roles)
- Domain exposure to People systems and / or workforce planning systems
- Familiarity with typical technical components of technology implementations (e.g., systems/integrations, environments, access/security considerations, data quality and validation, testing/UAT, cutover and change management).
- Data familiarity (e.g., Excel, SQL with AI help).
- Interest and capability in use of AI (cursor, claude code, codex)
- Willingness and ability to quickly & deeply understand TeamForm configuration and standard integrations, TeamForm features and functions (as outlined in internal TeamForm enablement material).
- Customer engagement skills including project management, team facilitation and coaching.
- Energy, drive, and the ability to build strong relationships with TeamFormers and clients.
- Qualifications or prior role responsibility (e.g. Delivery Lead, Ways of Working Lead, Architect, Workforce Planning Lead).
- Engineering or Business qualifications.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn (with AI) SQL / JSON / REST APIs, Javascript, experience with development practices (Git, CICD)
