Project Manager - Cloud Migrations and Partner Programs

We are looking for a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) to manage the operational execution of cloud migration initiatives and hyperscaler partner program compliance initiatives across Microsoft and Google ecosystems. This role owns the structured coordination, documentation, and governance of migration projects from license provisioning through project tracking, deal registration management, reporting, and cross-functional alignment. The Project Manager ensures migration programs are executed with consistency, accuracy, and accountability. This is a fully remote role with minimal travel requirements. Responsibilities Migration Execution & Governance - Manage the operational lifecycle of cloud migration projects - Coordinate internal approvals and oversee the migration license issuance - Create and maintain accurate Salesforce opportunities, including: - Migration source and target - Project phase and scope - License details and expiration timelines - Associated customer, partner, and internal contacts - Track license expirations and ensure proactive follow-up - Conduct recurring status check-ins and risk tracking - Escalate project risks through defined internal channels Kickoff & Project Coordination - Schedule and host structured migration kickoff meetings - Establish project expectations and document scope, milestones, and action items - Conduct pre- and post-kickoff internal alignment sessions - Distribute follow-up documentation, including: - Slides and reference materials - License documentation - Call recordings and summaries Migration Relationship Ownership - Serve as the primary point of contact for all active Striim migration projects - Act as the central liaison between customers, hyperscaler partners, system integrators, and internal Striim teams - Own day-to-day communication throughout the migration lifecycle - Provide proactive updates on status, milestones, risks, and next steps - Ensure a consistent, professional customer experience from kickoff through project completion - Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining accountability for follow-through - Build trusted working relationships with partner and customer stakeholders Partner Deal Registration Management - Register migration opportunities within hyperscaler partner portals - Maintain registration IDs and associated contacts in Salesforce - Track close dates, deal values, and win/loss updates - Submit required close requests and maintain compliance documentation - Monitor partner notification channels and update internal tracking Reporting & Forecast Support - Audit migration and conversion opportunities for data accuracy - Maintain reports on: - Active migrations - Conversion pipeline - License expirations - Partner dashboards - Support forecast preparation through data validation and reporting - Maintain shared migration trackers Cross-Functional Coordination - Act as operational liaison between Sales, Partner, Technical, and Marketing teams - Track inbound migration requests and route to appropriate internal resources - Participate in recurring migration sync meetings - Support capture of migration success stories for marketing publication Requirements - 3–5 years of project management experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology - Strong Salesforce experience including opportunity management and reporting - Experience working with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud ecosystems - Experience with partner programs or deal registration processes preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a structured environment - PMP certification (strongly preferred) Benefits We offer: - Competitive salary and pre-IPO stock options - Comprehensive health care plans (medical, dental and vision), including medical and dependent FSA - Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) - The chance to contribute to and shape an upbeat, fully engaged culture Compensation $130,000 - $150,000 USD on an annualized basis.
