Network Engineer
The AME Group
• Implement, and support IT solutions across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. • Provide daily hands on support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues. • Respond to and resolve end user network incidents and service requests in real time. • Collaborate with our team and our clients to design and implement solutions. • Work closely with team and clients to provide technical guidance and ensure successful project implementation.
Job Requirements
- Strong Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex IT and network issues.
- Network infrastructure: Proficient in cable testing, terminations, fiber basics, managed switches, Wi-FI, firewalls and VPN's.
- System Administration: Experience with Windows Server provisioning, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS and desktop deployment.
- Managed switch setup, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting.
- VPN Configuration and management.
- Strong experience in MS365 User setup, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Security Score review and management.
- Experience in on-premises to cloud and cloud-cloud migrations are a definite plus.
