Role Description At ACES, we are committed to elevating the standards in the treatment of autism. The Strategic Finance Analyst will support financial analyses that inform company operations and priorities, including initiatives that advance clinical excellence. This role will work closely with members of the Finance and Accounting teams, as well as field operations and other departmental stakeholders, to develop data-driven insights that support efficient and effective delivery of care. As part of a lean, 6-person Finance team, the Analyst will play a key role in preparing financial models, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses used in strategic and operational decision-making. The Analyst will gain exposure across the organization and contribute to projects that help the company scale responsibly and fulfill its clinical mission, while developing a strong foundation in healthcare and strategic finance. This role will report to the VP of Finance, with close interactions with the Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities Support the creation, maintenance, and refinement of financial analyses that inform strategic and operational decision-making Examples include unit economics analyses, performance tracking, pricing and wage analysis support, de novo modeling assistance, and M&A diligence support Build financial models, data analyses, and recurring reports to support the Strategic Finance Associates, VP of Finance, and CFO Contribute to regular financial reporting and dashboards used by the Finance team and executive leadership to monitor financial trends and operational performance Partner with cross-functional teams across finance, accounting, operations, and clinical leadership to support strategic initiatives and program design Assist regional leaders and Care Teams by providing analytical support that enables effective execution of key clinical and business priorities Participate in cross-functional projects by coordinating analyses, timelines, and outputs to support successful execution, with guidance from senior team members Why ACES?
