Role Description As a Product Owner you’ll have the opportunity to build and launch new product features that provide value for our organization, our customers, and candidates. You will help drive strategic identity initiatives from full end to end lifecycle including: - Vision - Charter - Planning - Requirements - Stories - Development - Testing - Integration (FA or partner systems) - Deployment - Usage - Adoption - Client satisfaction - Continuous improvement Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (technical field a plus) - Minimum 3+ years in a Product Owner or related role - Familiarity with integration, product and software development tools, techniques and agile methodologies - Practical Agile experience - not certifications but actual experience inside an organization in transition for at least 5 years - Strong Technical skills - can speak with and motivate the development team with ideas and thoughts - Demonstrated track record of partnering with engineers to scope projects, overcome obstacles, and develop products that matter - Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with a variety of external stakeholders, presenting product designs, workflows and functionality - Experience with DevOps, JIRA, PPT and other tools - Experience with API design and development either as a developer or in Product Management/Ownership capacity is a plus - Experience with identity verification or fraud solutions is a plus Requirements - Maintain ownership of product planning, development, and lifecycle management - Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams to execute against product milestones - Ability to understand the business logic, design and technical architecture of customers API and ATS integrations - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements - Validate specifications with internal and external stakeholders - Document new features and communicate functionality to end users - Actively measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve - Integrate performance metrics, usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements - Demonstrate a willingness to experiment, iterate, innovate, and fail quickly - Collaborate with sales, customer success managers, solution experts, technical experts and partners across multiple functions - Support the growth of the identity verification products Benefits - Ability to work remotely with occasional business travel - Medical, Vision, Dental, and supplementary benefit plans - 401k with an employer match, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) - Competitive and flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) and 8 paid company holidays - Access to new tech and growth opportunities, and leaders who want to see you succeed!

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (technical field a plus)
  • Minimum 3+ years in a Product Owner or related role
