We are seeking a client-focused and detail-driven Remote Client Experience Coordinator to support customers through a dedicated advisor-led service model. In this role, you will partner closely with assigned advisors to ensure clients receive timely communication, organized coordination, and a seamless experience from initial inquiry through completion. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service behind the scenes. What Youll Do: - Serve as a support liaison for clients working with their assigned advisor - Respond to inquiries with accurate, timely, and professional communication - Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups - Track and update client records to ensure accuracy and organization - Proactively identify gaps in communication and ensure nothing falls through the cracks - Support advisors in maintaining a high-quality, consistent client experience - Must be a citizen of the US, Uk, Australia, Spain, and LATAM What Were Looking For: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Customer service or client-support experience (preferred, not required) - Detail-oriented and highly organized
