Manager, Quality – Commercial Site Onboarding

• Oversee and manage the quality component of the onboarding process for commercial sites (Authorized Treatment Centers). • Ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experience. • Ensure all commercial sites are prepared for successful implementation and ongoing operations. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients and commercial sites. • Conduct site assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations. • Provide guidance and training to new commercial partners on systems, tools, and best practices. • Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address any challenges or delays.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, project management, and/or quality assurance, preferably within biotech/bone marrow transplant/cell therapy (e.g. CAR-T).
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
- Self-starter who is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in commercial site operations, healthcare administration, FACT or similar industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

• Develop and deliver clinical education programs for patients, clinicians, and diabetes societies. • Promote emerging clinical trial data, expanded indications, and strategic publications through presentations and forums. • Work closely with Medical/Clinical Affairs, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Customer Support, and Field Sales to meet customer needs and drive product knowledge. • Serve as a speaker and subject matter expert at local, regional, and international congresses, providing technical and clinical insights on CGM. • Lead KOL development, identify CGM advocates, and facilitate partnerships to advance CGM as standard of care.
• Influence and support high and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, other health care professionals, office/hospital administrative staff, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcom products to their patients. • Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice. • Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote Dexcom products to a broad diabetes community. • Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory. • Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to facilitate territory sales growth. • Increase Dexcom’s market share and meet/exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs in line with company expectations. • Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progress towards sales goal achievement using Dexcom analytical tools. • Responsible and accountable for meeting territory sales goals as assigned. • Complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management.
