The purpose of the Field Scientific Director position is to develop the TA specific strategy and tactical plan for engagement with the scientific community and to oversee the effective and efficient operation of the entire MSL organization, while ensuring that the MSL employee engage in substantive scientific exchange. Field Scientific Director is responsible for strong team capability development and FBM organization team. This role reports to the Sr. Medical Director responsible for the Franchise, and has strong ties to the Field Medical Head, to maximize implementation of the field strategy.
