Job Description

Staff Product Manager – Risk & Compliance Case Management

Socure

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for RiskOS Case Management - evolving and scaling existing capabilities into a best-in-class reviewer experience. • Convert customer and internal pain points into crisp problem statements, requirements, and measurable outcomes (e.g., time-to-decision, throughput, quality). • Lead consolidation across product lines into a unified, consistent case management dashboard (queues, case views, actions, reporting). • Run continuous discovery with fraud/risk/compliance teams and GTM/sales (interviews, shadowing, usability testing) and turn insights into roadmap priorities. • Drive alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science/ML, Analytics, and GTM on priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs. • Set platform standards vs. solution-specific extensions; broker decisions that scale across customers and teams. • Communicate clearly with executives and stakeholders; sustain velocity while protecting UX quality and platform scalability. • Ensure execution and launch readiness for major releases: enablement, release planning, adoption tracking, and post-launch iteration. • Partner in lockstep with Product Design to deliver world-class UX for high-stakes review workflows and dense risk data. • Define information architecture and interaction patterns that reduce cognitive load and surface decision-ready insights. • Build compliance-ready workflows with auditability, traceability, evidence capture, collaboration, and defensible decision rationale. • Incorporate domain requirements (e.g., AML/KYC-style operations; FinCEN-related workflows) and uphold quality across accessibility, performance, and consistency. • Make every step AI-assisted and keep AI foundational to the end-to-end reviewer journey - not a standalone feature set. • Partner with ML/Engineering to ensure AI experiences are trusted, explainable, measurable, and aligned with compliance expectations. • Instrument and optimize AI impact via clear metrics (time saved, fewer steps, higher confidence, improved consistency).

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years PM experience owning complex, workflow-heavy SaaS products; proven ability to execute and lead cross-functionally in ambiguity.
  • Strong design partnership and UX execution chops, especially for simplifying dense data into fast, accurate decisions.
  • Domain experience in fraud/risk/compliance/investigations (or adjacent operational decisioning) and comfort working directly with enterprise customers.
  • Data-driven: defines KPIs, instruments telemetry, and uses insights to prioritize and measure impact.
  • Proven ability to ship AI-assisted UX/workflows in production (incl. human-in-the-loop) with strong communication and product judgment.
