Location: Atlanta, GA What you’ll do - Operate and improve Kubernetes platform workflows (EKS preferred): upgrades, scaling, reliability - Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment safety (rollback, progressive delivery, policy checks) - Build/maintain infrastructure automation (Terraform/CloudFormation, Helm, GitOps patterns) - Strengthen security + compliance posture (secrets management, KMS integrations, least privilege) - Improve observability and incident response (alerts, dashboards, runbooks, postmortems) Qualifications - Strong Kubernetes + production operations experience (debugging, resource tuning, networking basics) - AWS experience relevant to platform ops (EKS, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB/ELB, Route53, KMS) - Infrastructure-as-code and automation mindset - Clear written communication and ability to drive work independently Requirements - GitOps tooling (Argo CD / Flux), service mesh/ingress, OpenTelemetry - Experience supporting Java microservices and common runtime tuning patterns Benefits - Base salary for this position is $92,000-$125,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Comprehensive employee assistance program - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid time off and holidays - Paid learning days Company Description Concentrix is an equal opportunity and affirmative action (EEO-AA) employer. Job Requirements
