We’re looking for someone dynamic who gets NetSuite, understands how finance teams work, and can help prospects connect the dots between our solution and their specific challenges. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer value — and will play a critical part in helping us land new customers and expand existing ones. You’ll be a great fit if you… • Can break down complex financial workflows into clear, simple value stories • Know your way around NetSuite (especially AP, PO’s, vendor records, etc.) • Understand accounting principles and what matters to Controllers and CFOs • Are comfortable doing pre-meeting research, asking smart questions, communicating why functionality matters and its impact, and ultimately adapting to each prospect’s unique setup • Can tailor demos to different industries and company sizes — highlighting only what matters • Are just as comfortable talking to a staff accountant as you are to an executive What you’ll do • Partner with Account Executives to tailor demos, chase down technical answers, and close deals • Leverage deep understanding of each prospect’s current process and identify gaps we can fill • Lead tailored product walkthroughs that focus on value, not features • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Services teams to support unique use cases and provide actionable feedback to team. • Help refine our demo environments, templates, and talk tracks by vertical • Serve as a NetSuite and AP subject matter expert throughout the sales process • Join calls with partners and bring technical depth to joint opportunities What we’re looking for • 3+ years experience in a Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, Implementation, or NetSuite Admin role • Hands-on NetSuite experience — especially in Finance/AP workflows • Strong understanding of accounting principles (AP, 3-way match, GL, vendors, etc.) • Experience supporting sales cycles or working closely with GTM teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills — you know how to read the room and pivot when needed • Bonus: experience working in or selling to industries like software/tech, manufacturing, distribution, nonprofit, or professional services What success looks like in your first 6 months • You're running your own demos with confidence by month 2 • You're a go-to resource for NetSuite knowledge on the sales team • You’ve helped close deals by identifying hidden blockers and framing the right solution • You’ve built or refined demo flows and documentation that make it easier to scale the team Why Charted? • Private equity-backed, profitable, and growing fast • Proven product that delivers tangible ROI and customer love • Smart, low-ego team that values clarity, speed, and autonomy • Remote-first, with strong team support and open access to leadership • Competitive comp, great benefits, and the ability to make your mark early We require that all Charted team members: • Focus on autonomous thinking and a proactive approach to customer relationships. • Create high quality, clearly written documentation that explains work performed and solutions implemented. • Maintain a commitment to highly responsive communication with our customers and team members. • Interact with team members in such a way as to maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere. • Strive for continued personal growth; contribute in an ongoing and proactive way to the growth of Charted as a company.
