Sales Representative
WM Partners, LP
• Increase the visibility and awareness of ARG’s product offerings within assigned territory • Grow HCP customer base and maintain relationships with existing clients • Meet with healthcare practitioners to learn more about their practices to strategically sell our products in a consultative manner using a science-based approach • Educate, support and encourage prescribers to recommend ARG products • Educate customers on how products can benefit their practice • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth • Meet & exceed sales targets and quota, measured in terms of total revenue generated
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years consultative outside sales experience with proven success
- Sales experience within Integrative HCP, Medical Device, Dermatology, or Women’s Health strongly desired
- Demonstrated sales success in a previous inside or outside sales role
- Proven ability to accurately document sales activities, update records, and generate required reports.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Results-oriented, highly organized, problem solver with attention to details
- Ability to travel within assigned territory 30% of the time
- Proficiency with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience preferred.
