Account Executive
Caseware
• Drive new, upsell and cross-sell sales of Caseware’s product suite with a focus on small and medium-sized clients within our US market. • Focused on sales within the firm market segment, primarily selling OnPoint suite of products to small firms and sole proprietors. • Use prospecting solutions like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to generate leads within a defined territory and region. • Create and execute email campaigns using sales and marketing assets. • Contact customers from marketing generated contacts as well as existing inbound leads, addressing their needs and introducing them to CaseWare product suite. • Quickly establish key relationships with decision-makers within sole practitioners to small firms. • Provide prospects with high-level solution overviews when necessary. • Offer advice and guidance to CaseWare prospects maximizing opportunities to accelerate revenue. • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through prospecting, securing meetings, and closing new business. • Engage appropriate CaseWare cross-functional resources to contribute to sales strategy. • Assist with marketing automation, and carry out other duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in tech sales or in a comparable customer-facing role, ideally SaaS Sales (understanding and selling accounting software is a strong asset)
- Ability to query various sources such as Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Nav to identify opportunities
- Self-discipline, GSD mentality, and a strong desire to succeed
- Record of consistent achievement of goals
- A foundational understanding of technology sales, forecasting, and lead development processes
- A foundational understanding of accounting and financial processes and technologies
- Experience or understanding of sales, campaign, and marketing automation solutions
- Prior experience in inside sales, account management, client success, or client services
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of daily tasks and leads
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
- Excellent discovery, listening and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience mapping customer requirements, needs and goals to solution capabilities, benefits and outcomes
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business management, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Prior work in the audit and accounting technology industry is a plus
