• End-to-End Project Execution: You will drive data center development projects from site identification through commercial operation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards. You will manage critical paths, remove blockers, and coordinate seamlessly across development stages. • Team Development: You will mentor and develop project managers and junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. You will help scale team capabilities, provide coaching and feedback, and contribute to hiring efforts as the organization grows. • Stakeholder Management: You will cultivate and manage relationships with data center customers, utilities, landowners, consultants, and engineering firms. You will navigate complex negotiations, develop strong partnerships, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Strategic Contribution: You will contribute to business development efforts, including evaluating new opportunities, conducting feasibility assessments, and translating technical constraints into commercial decisions. You will work with sales and leadership to qualify prospects and structure deals. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with our CEO, COO, engineering, sales, and operations teams to align on priorities, resolve challenges, and drive projects forward. Your ability to bridge technical execution with business strategy will be essential. • Process Development: You will help build and refine development processes, templates, and best practices as the organization scales, contributing to operational excellence across the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in data center or renewable development, with demonstrated ownership of projects from early-stage through commercial operation.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing team members with a track record of scaling teams and processes.
- Strong understanding of data center design, construction, power requirements, and operational needs across various use cases (hyperscale, colocation, edge, HPC/AI).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder relationships including enterprise customers, utilities, engineering firms, and landowners.
- Strong knowledge of power infrastructure, interconnection processes, utility coordination, and electrical systems for large load facilities.
- Experience with land acquisition, permitting, environmental review, and securing project entitlements.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and adapting quickly to changing priorities.

• This is a remote position. Intelehealth is seeking an experienced Director of Programs to lead the deployment of eZazi—a WHO-aligned digital labor decision support system—across delivery wards in India and Nepal. • You will translate a powerful clinical tool into sustained practice change by ensuring health workers, facility leaders, and government stakeholders not only adopt eZazi but genuinely experience its value in improving patient care and reducing their operational burden. • This is not a traditional project management role focused on timelines and deliverables alone. Rather, you will champion value realization—making the compelling case to frontline clinicians that eZazi improves how they work, equipping them with evidence-based decision support, reducing time-consuming calculations, and building their confidence in managing complex obstetric cases. • You will do this across diverse facility settings, geographic and political contexts, and team compositions—while remaining focused on measurable improvements in adoption, clinical quality, and health outcomes.
• Partner with Legal Department members to assist with the drafting, negotiation and management of a high volume of contracts for clinical, research, quality, manufacturing, commercial and other internal business partners, including clinical trial agreements, master services agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, research agreements and other business agreements • Act as a liaison between internal business partners, the Legal Department, external vendors and outside counsel as necessary to facilitate contract implementation, renewals, and terminations • Continue to improve the internal contracting process, including assisting with the administration of our integrated contracts management system, developing internal training materials related to the contracting process and identifying steps to increase efficiency • Help develop and implement new policies, procedures and contract templates and provide related education and training to internal clients • Work closely with members of finance and other departments to help ensure compliance with cross-functional policies and procedures • Develop reports, presentations, spreadsheets, memos and other documents for the Legal Department, internal clients and/or the senior management team • Review clinical study informed consent forms and related documents as needed • Assist with completion, review and validation of needs assessment forms in connection with HCP engagements, including to confirm alignment with fair market value and contractual terms • Identify legal, documentation gaps and contractual risks and escalate matters in accordance with protocols and guidance • Provide practical contracts support to internal clients during contract preparation and negotiation • Complete special projects as requested, such as conducting research and collaborating on department-wide or company-wide initiatives
• Author internal raw materials testing specifications, specifically for non-compendial raw materials • Assess test methods being used by CDMOs for non-compendial raw materials to ensure they meet industry expectations for method verification and/or validation • Perform change control activities to ensure internal raw material specifications are updated and communicated to impacted test sites • Review and assess impact of vendor change notifications related to GMP raw materials; partner with internal and external stakeholders to development plans for material changes with major impact • Provide general analytical support to DS, DP, and MSAT teams in conjunction with QC Analytical Sciences on coordination and execution of in-process analytical testing; may include review of manufacturing-related sampling/testing plans, supporting materials and process-related risk assessments, (e.g., extractables/leachables, nitrosamines, etc.), sample shipment coordination, and analytical data review and management • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to support manufacturing campaigns at CDMOs, including supporting requests for information, document review, and audits/regulatory inspections as required • Support deviations, OOS/OOT/OOE investigations, and CAPAs related to GMP raw materials and in-process testing
