Manager, Business Analytics Consultant
CVS Health
• Deliver analytics, reporting, and business insights to support operational and business decisions • Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into analytic solutions • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and supporting documentation • Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and relevance • Identify trends and communicate actionable insights in concise narratives tailored to non-technical audiences • Support ongoing improvements to reporting and analytics processes, including standardization, automation, and documentation
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business consulting roles
- Healthcare industry experience, managed care preferred
- Experience with health care data (claims, membership, trends) and/or operational reporting metrics
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience researching and investigating data independently
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA macros)
- Ability to communicate data‑driven insights to business partners
- Experience working independently in a cross‑functional environment
- Experience managing concurrent projects and adapting to changing business needs
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
