The Data File Coordinator is responsible for working all lender extract files after they have been imported into the tracking system and ensure they are done prior to the lender cycle date. They are also required to report any suspect extract via helpdesk tickets and keep all necessary parties aware of any issues. They are also required to assist in special projects as needed and support the supervisor, team leader, and data file specialist team by providing training. Job Duties and Responsibilities: File Maintenance Review - Process basic administrative reports for Vehicle and Mortgage portfolios and extract reports for accounts as assigned. - Process Agreement to Provide (ATP) forms as assigned - Communicate to supervisors, lender administrators, and/or managers file issues and status - Resolve problems within scope of authority according to policy and procedures Data Entry - Process vehicle and mortgage extracts for new lenders - Communicate any issues to the appropriate departments Mentor - Provide work direction and routine leadership on team projects - Teach others in specialized skills or procedures Process Efficiency - Update tracking tools/programs used in reference to the position - Assist other departments with call outs, reports, and special projects Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA): - High School Diploma or GED required - 3 – 4 years related experience The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. The Provider Data Entry Specialist works with Crestline’s Health Plan clients to conduct Medicaid provider recruitment in a designated geographic area.
