Role Description As an SI Partner Solutions Enablement Principal, you will lead hands-on delivery of our global technical enablement and certifications program for Sigma’s System Integrator (SI) partners. This role is focused on deep, engineering- and architecture-driven training delivery, ensuring partners are fully equipped to design, build, and administer advanced Sigma solutions for customers worldwide. Delivery of monthly specialist training programs covering AI Apps, Embedding, and Administration across geographies will be a core responsibility along with acting as the primary technical authority for partner enablement. This is a high-visibility, highly technical, and travel-intensive role, requiring hands-on instruction and in-person training sessions across EMEA, APJ, North America, and LATAM. Key Responsibilities - Global Partner Training & Education Leadership - Serve as the owner for technical education and enablement for Sigma’s SI partner ecosystem. - Design, evolve, and deliver structured training programs that build deep technical competency across partner engineering teams. - Own the execution and iteration for specialist training tracks. - Act as the primary instructor and facilitator for advanced partner trainings, including in-person bootcamps, workshops, and certification-aligned sessions. - Ensure training programs scale consistently across regions while maintaining a high technical bar. - Partner Readiness & Skills Development - Establish technical competency standards for SI partners through education and certification readiness. - Evaluate partner technical maturity and provide guidance on learning paths and readiness progression. - Act as a trusted technical educator and advisor to partner architects and engineering leadership. - Enablement Operations & Global Execution - Plan and execute a high volume of global training sessions across EMEA, APJ, North America, and LATAM. - Coordinate training logistics, agendas, and regional adaptations to ensure consistent delivery worldwide. - Serve as the central point of contact for partner technical education, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility of enablement resources. - Track training effectiveness, participation, and outcomes to inform ongoing improvements. - Evangelism & Knowledge Sharing - Represent Sigma as a technical educator at partner summits, enablement events, and internal forums. - Contribute to technical documentation, training guides, and enablement frameworks. - Help shape and evolve Sigma’s partner certification and advanced education.
