Overview   Priovant is committed to developing therapies that address high unmet need in autoimmune disease. To support commercialization of our late-stage drug candidate, the CMC team is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader with deep small molecule expertise to provide strategic planning and operational oversight across our bulk product supply chain. The successful candidate will work directly with our external manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless product flow and robust commercial supply. The Senior Director, Commercial Manufacturing reports to the Senior Vice President, CMC. The position is remote, with domestic and international travel required as necessary to oversee activities at manufacturing partners, and to meet with the team periodically at our Durham, NC office. Responsibilities  - Strategically build and manage the commercial supply chain for small molecule pharmaceutical products, including starting materials, drug substance, and bulk drug product. - Work hands-on to seamlessly manage manufacturing operations at external suppliers, including contracting, scheduling of production to meet forecast demand, change control and deviation management, and issue escalation. - Lead product pricing negotiations, establish supply agreements, collaborate with legal to maintain relevant contracts, and manage the budget for bulk product manufacturing. - Partner with drug substance and drug product technical leads to expand production to additional sites as required to meet demand and globally minimize supply chain risk. - Collaborate with Regulatory to assure compliance of manufacturing activities with global regulatory requirements and filed product information. - Partner with Quality to author and implement relevant policies and operating procedures, maintain quality agreements, monitor for gaps, and establish appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure global product quality. Qualifications  - BS or BA in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related scientific discipline, with at least 12 years of small molecule manufacturing experience. - Top-tier expertise in managing external production networks for bulk pharmaceutical products, with a proven track record of working successfully with commercial manufacturing partners. - Detailed understanding of drug substance manufacturing, including the ability to review executed batch records, understand the impact of analytical test results, and manage deviations. - Ability to participate in complex commercial supply negotiations, critically review service agreements, and assure quality agreements align with operational goals. - Current knowledge of relevant global regulatory requirements that could impact production, testing, release, or distribution of products.

• Own the strategy for Upbound Marketplace as the distribution layer for Crossplane providers, extensions, and control plane building blocks. • Help define and drive the long-term vision for hosted control planes and ecosystem extensibility. • Ensure Marketplace, UXP, APIs, and Extensions operate as a cohesive control plane experience. • Lead managers and managers-of-managers across multiple teams. • Scale engineering org structure to support product velocity and ecosystem expansion. • Establish operational rigor: roadmap planning, delivery predictability, uptime SLAs, and production excellence. • Partner closely with Product, GTM, Alliances, and Customer Success to align ecosystem strategy with revenue goals.

• Delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction and partnering with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes • Conducting large synchronous online lectures on technical content for 100 to 8,000+ diverse learners • Preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions • Overseeing Q&A management and monitoring class engagement dynamics • Collaborating with operations personnel for smooth program delivery • Flexibly contributing to classes during weekdays and/or weekends • Assisting in lesson design, development, and improvement

Translate these needs into solutions that drive value for the organization. • Report Template Creation-Using RWB admin tools to build a new template from scratch. • Understand how create and search for criteria, create networked criteria, create dynamic parameters and custom logic. • Create new PAF columns including networked columns. • Create advanced criteria and columns using properties and extensions. • Create different summaries including various graphs, functions and subgroups. • Create explorations, filter and sort results, create and save report views. • Create new Radar Dashboards by linking components, resources and metrics. • Pass Parameters and filters of a report or SlicerDicer model to a component. • Personalize Dashboards by creating components and views. • Create SQL metrics and run backfills. • Create SlicerDicer sessions using Populations, Slices and Measures. • Create SlicerDicer filters • Expert level knowledge of most domain build and workflows. Power BI & Tableau • Must be proficient in Tableau or Power BI. Both Tableau and Power BI experience preferred. • Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. • Understands the standard library of charts, and knows when to use each one for the right use case. • Deep understanding on how to apply UX/Cognitive Load principles. • Master at Data Storytelling and building analytical narratives. • Must have experience in designing and implementing security and permission framework. • Have a good understanding of at least one Epic domain and workflows. A Developer assists in designing, developing, and supporting applications. These applications include systems developed solely for the web environment as well as development efforts designed to web-enable end-user applications. This individual may also assist in the creation and ongoing management of corporate web sites and intranet communities. The Developer will have a thorough understanding of programming techniques and tools, web development, and system management tools. General Tasks and Responsibilities Will Include: • Develop and understand all features of each a module and their impact on other modules. • Analyze and develop understanding of how data flows through the system and apply that knowledge to the current business model. • Identify and define system errors and/or deficiencies. • Liaise with other developers (i.e: software, application, web, etc) to determine best path solutions and manage the priorities through collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Plan and coordinate testing and implementation of system patches and upgrades leading a cross functional team of power users. • Extract key business performance metrics. • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine areas of opportunity for increased efficiencies. • Create written user documentation, instructions, and procedures for the purpose of training new employees and improving over-all user proficiency. • Evaluate new technologies for potential implementation including development of business justification and project implementation planning, when appropriate. • Utilizing in-house or external resources, manage the network and related hardware.
