Mochi HealthWe're Mochi Health, a pioneering force in obesity medicine dedicated to building personalized, clinically-backed weight care solutions. We're on a mission to empower patients with one-on-one virtual care and proven pharmaceutical treatments. We recognize that every body is unique, and believe weight loss plans should be, too. With over 100 million individuals struggling with obesity and 15 million already using GLP-1 prescriptions, the need for specialized guidance is at an all-time high. We help patients navigate their treatments and achieve lasting success by connecting them with board-certified providers, dietitians, and access to our support team around the clock. Our best-in-class telehealth platform is designed to make care accessible to patients whenever and wherever they need it. At Mochi Health, we believe that our success is driven by the people we hire. Join us in shaping the future of obesity medicine and transforming the lives of millions of patients.
Healthcare is broken at the first step: patients can't find the right care, understand what it costs, or access the medications they need. Mochi Health is fixing this. We're building an AI-driven marketplace that makes healthcare discoverable—connecting patients to the right providers, transparent pharmacy pricing, and affordable medications. Over the past few years, we've grown rapidly by combining clinical expertise with technology that actually works for real people, not just hospital systems. Our platform does what legacy healthcare can't: it gives patients transparent pricing before they pay, personalized medication management that follows them across providers, and long-term access to their own medical records. We're proving that healthcare can be more affordable, more human, and far more intuitive than what exists today. Join a team that's rebuilding healthcare from the patient up. At Mochi Health, you'll work alongside people who value bold thinking, inclusive collaboration, and getting meaningful work into the world. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it. Employment for this position will be with Mochi Medical, a physician-owned professional corporation affiliated with Mochi Health, Corp. Capitated Model Contract / Remote (US-Only) About The Role Mochi Health began as a digital obesity medicine practice and has evolved into a comprehensive virtual care platform. We're seeking board-certified physicians passionate about accessible, high-quality healthcare delivery. Our providers manage patients across multiple therapeutic areas including metabolic health, dermatology, hormone replacement therapy, mental health (depression and anxiety), and hair loss. Given our foundation in obesity medicine, all providers should be comfortable with weight management as this remains central to our patient population. What You’ll Do - Conduct virtual visits for adults with acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions. - Provide ongoing obesity and metabolic health management, including GLP-1s and related treatments. - Deliver patient care in expanding domains such as dermatology, hormone replacement therapy, depression and anxiety, and hair loss management. - Work closely with Mochi’s multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care. - Use cost-conscious prescribing practices, offering compounded and generic options when appropriate. - Participate in continuing education through our optional monthly academic lecture series. Who You Are - MD/DO currently board certified in a speciality recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. - Minimum 2 years post-residency experience in adult primary or specialty care. - Telemedicine experience preferred. - Familiarity with or interest in obesity medicine and emerging treatment areas (dermatology, HRT, mental health, hair loss) Why Mochi Health? At Mochi Health, we are redefining internal medicine and specialty care through technology-driven, patient-first solutions. By joining our team, you will: - Enjoy full malpractice coverage, including tail coverage. - Have complete control over your schedule with 24/7 flexible hours. - Utilize advanced tools like our custom-built EMR and obesity-specific protocols. - Benefit from a support team handling lab testing, prior authorizations, and customer service. - Access ongoing professional development through our optional academic lecture series. Interested? Submit your resume as a PDF. -- Providers are compensated under a capitated payment model, with earnings tied directly to the size of their patient panel. Actual compensation may vary depending on panel size, provider experience, and geographic location. Our approach is designed to provide flexibility for clinicians while ensuring fair and transparent pay. We’ll review the details of the compensation structure during the interview process. LI-Remote Employment for this position will be with Mochi Medical, a physician-owned professional corporation affiliated with Mochi Health, Corp.
