Role Description ICF is hiring a seasoned and technically accomplished On-Call Senior Bat Biologist to join our Natural Resources Team. This is an on-call hourly position where you will: - Apply a wide range of experience and demonstrated capabilities in the completion of various types of bat surveys across the Central and Eastern U.S. - Collaborate with an accomplished team of conservation planners, ecologists, and regulatory specialists. - Lead biological teams in the field in support of the preparation of accurate data collection and collaboration with project managers. - Work with technical experts, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to successfully deliver projects on time with high quality standards. Field work is often performed on foot in rugged terrain, requiring the ability to traverse long distances.
