The Balance of Plant Civil/Structural Engineering Manager will provide leadership to a diverse technical team of dedicated engineers and scientists focused on the oversight of the design and development of BOP structures (Turbine Building, Radwaste Building, Control/Auxiliary Building), the applications of those structures to specific opportunities and early site characterization work needed to develop those projects. You oversee the team that ensures all aspects of the project align with engineering and design specifications, industry standards, and construction regulations. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: As the Balance of Plant Civil/Structural Engineering Manager, you will: - Report solid line to the Senior Manager Advanced Applications Engineering – Systems Engineering. - Own and be accountable for providing technical guidance on standard plant design, applications to customer’s site-specific requirements, and regulatory requirements. - Have ownership and accountability from initial requirement setting and conceptual engineering through final design, construction, and plant turnover to the customer.
