Assistant Regional Director

J Street

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing donors, ensuring continued and increased support for J Street's mission. • Identify and pursue new sources of funding through prospect research and development, fostering long-term growth and sustainability. • Strategize and execute high-impact donor events and gatherings to both raise funds and expand J Street's network of supporters. • Identify and empower leaders within key cities in the region to advance J Street's mission and advocacy efforts. • Maximize, based on the interests of the Leader and on our organizational/chapter needs, how best to plug them into advocacy, political and communal work. • Develop and support successful chapters within the region, collaborating with chapter leaders to implement strategic plans and programming.
