Role Description Hudson Global Scholars (HGS) is seeking an Instructional Manager to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our online K–12 programs. This role includes supporting our international schools, teachers, and students, which means the schedule falls during U.S Eastern Time overnight hours. Team members generally work Tuesday through Saturday between 12:00 am midnight – 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. - Support distributed instructional teams to deliver high-quality online instruction aligned with program standards. - Monitor live and asynchronous classes to ensure instructional quality, student engagement, and adherence to expectations. - Assist with onboarding, communication, and professional development initiatives for instructional staff. - Use program data, classroom observations, and partner feedback to identify opportunities for instructional improvement and innovation. - Coordinate operational aspects of program delivery, including staffing, scheduling, and instructional continuity. - Collaborate with internal teams and school partners to optimize program implementation, partner satisfaction, and student outcomes globally. - Contribute to initiatives that enhance program scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. - Support specialized program offerings, including faith-based curriculum, ensuring alignment with program values and standards.
