Our sales team, equipped with extensive industrial knowledge and support, is uniquely positioned to solve the design challenges facing customers across multiple industries. DESIRED LOCATIONS (must live within one of the targets areas below) Kentucky (Louisville or Lexington) Indiana (Indianapolis) Ohio (Columbus) North Carolina (Winston-Salem, Greensboro, or Raleigh/Durham) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve territory sales performance that meets or exceeds annual forecasted targets. Establish sales contacts, assess customer needs, and create effective product applications. Leverage material and application expertise to develop valued partnerships with customers. Build and cultivate sustainable win-win relationships within key customer accounts Collaborate with key suppliers to strategically position portfolios within industrial manufacturing accounts. Maintain an accurate project pipeline and work collaboratively across the team to advance projects through the sales cycle. TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS Regional Travel with overnight stays as required, estimated 50% Valid driver's license is required ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS Strong knowledge of the converting industry and Sur-Seal's manufacturing processes. A commitment to continuous learning, demonstrating the ability to master suppliers' material offerings alongside internal converting capabilities. Excellent time and territory management skills to optimize your interactions with customers. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE A 4-year degree and a minimum of 4 years of sales experience Experience in the converting industry, required REASONING ABILITY Proficient in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and deriving valid conclusions. The ability to interpret various technical instructions in both mathematical and diagrammatic forms is essential.
