Role Description Encore Wellness is seeking a passionate Per Diem or Part Time Group Exercise Instructor driven by the aspiration to improve the lives of the Senior population through fun and fitness. This is a unique position that will work with the Virtual Programs Manager to help develop and execute our virtual wellness program. Virtual classes will be taught from your home, and the space will be subject to approval. As a Virtual Group Exercise Instructor, you will positively impact thousands of lives by joining our team of virtual wellness coaches and our Wellness Everywhere portal that provides live and Video on Demand wellness content. What you will do: - Teach dynamic exercise content to include group exercise classes, wellness education, and social wellness in a live and on-demand format for seniors - Work closely with Virtual Program Manager to attain video production targets - Have complete knowledge of In-Center and Virtual Fitness Services - Work efficiently and productively from home in a clean, quiet, and private space - Adhere to policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services - Assure compliance with all state and federal regulations - Demonstrate goal-directed behavior - Exemplify Encore Wellness culture by providing excellent “Aim Your Smile” customer service - Demonstrate communication ability and create mechanisms to facilitate effective communication within the department and the organization - Communicate with participants and wellness staff regarding class rules and regulations Qualifications - Group Exercise Certification(s) with a wide breadth of experience in multiple exercise formats - 5+ years of group wellness instruction - Experience with virtual delivery of group exercise content - Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, etc. - Previous experience with wellness education preferred Requirements - Alignment with our values and passion for senior care - High energy personality with strong camera presence - Effective and efficient while working independently and in a team environment - Must have the ability to multi-task and reprioritize based on changing demands Benefits - Work from home position (Home space is subject to approval to meet recording requirements) - Competitive pay based upon experience, with eligibility of increases with annual performance reviews - Rewarding work that improves people's lives - 401(k) (Traditional & Roth options), following 90 days - Flexible work schedule, as this is a Part-Time role

Position Purpose and Summary: The Regulatory Supervisor leads day-to-day regulatory operations supporting the development, manufacture, and commercialization of flavor ingredients. This role oversees a team responsible for regulatory documentation, supplier compliance verification, and customer regulatory support while ensuring compliance with applicable food and flavor regulations. Regulatory plays a key role in enabling Custom Flavors’ rapid development timelines. The Regulatory Supervisor ensures regulatory documentation, supplier approvals, and customer compliance responses are completed accurately and efficiently to support fast product development and customer service. This position reports to the Director of Regulatory & Quality Assurance and works closely with R&D, Purchasing, Operations, and Sales to maintain regulatory compliance across ingredients and finished flavor products. Regulatory Operations & Compliance - Review flavor formulas for regulatory compliance, including verification of permitted ingredients and evaluation of natural vs. artificial labeling eligibility. - Interpret and apply relevant regulatory requirements related to flavor ingredients and food products. - Maintain and support regulatory review processes that enable rapid product development and commercialization. - Verify supplier documentation and raw material regulatory compliance prior to ingredient approval. - Maintain regulatory documentation systems and ingredient regulatory records.
