Endeavour’s Pact group has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Technical Project Manager to join the team, working directly with Pact Graphite and Voltek Water, part of Endeavour Inspired Infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be capable of structuring the path from concept to launch and inspiring others to follow. The candidate will ensure all development activities are clearly documented, with an understanding of the successes and failures. This candidate will maintain visibility into project progress, risks and operational challenges. This position requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, can balance project delivery with technical challenges, and has the analytical skills to document workflows, refine requirements, and support operational needs. Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: - Develop strong relationships with team members and effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations. - Manage projects, meeting the committed schedule, quality, and budget. - Proactively identifying and managing risks, blockers, and resource constraints (escalating as needed). Leveraging a project RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) log. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understand technical challenges and integrating unique innovation. Act as a bridge between technical teams, operations, and client teams, ensuring clear communication and adherence to the project scope. - Perform full analysis of internal product functionality and market value, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Provide clear, timely reporting to leadership on project health and progress. Skills & Requirements Education / Experience - A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. - Experience with project management software, leading a team, managing change and keeping a team focused to drive technical achievements. - Self-motivated, self-starting, results-driven. - 1-3 years experience managing projects. Relevant professional certifications (PMP or PMI-ACP) preferred. - Proficient in the MS suite: Word, PPT, and Excel Specific Skills / Abilities - Proven successful project management, meeting the committed schedule, quality, and budget. - Demonstrated risk management process including mitigation plans and established triggers. - Capable of collaboration with cross-functional teams, understanding technical challenges and implementing innovative ideas. - Perform full analysis of internal product functionality and market value, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Provide clear, timely reporting to leadership on project health and progress.
